I had this installed and working for nearly a year on both my desktop and laptop and then it stopped working first on my laptop and then several months later on my desktop. Any ideas on why ? and on how I might be able to get it working again?

Update: when unzipping I got a couple of virus warnings. Kaiser Soze let me know these were normal and to turn off my virus protection when unzipping.
Did it and the program is working great.
