Why Philippines is not Included ?

How about Applying for adsense using different country and once its accepted by GOOGLE adsense change it to Philippines.

Is this doable ?

need to be cleared, you sell adsense account that has already got pin and activated? that means you must have minimum $10 inside the adsense account, and from which website would that be? do you also sell adsense together with the website?

looks interesting, I was so looking for this a year ago, now just moved away from adsense, but will keep this in mind in case I try it again in the future. Good luck with sales ;)
