I own UCM-Pro and FM is just as good, if not better. If you just consider code structure, UCM-Pro is an awful mess. Please do *your* research before making blanket statements.

gewa uses his own frameworks, both for cms and for layouts, he developed a bootstrap of his own. it's bottstrap framework, but it's not google's.
so i think your task of moving this design to some other product won't be trivial.
by the way, cms pro - made on the same frameworks - has 3 default templates, not just 1 as freelance manager. you might better have a look at that for gewa's designs.
