Fiverr disabled my account

hi everyone!
I am from argentina, and been reading and working with methods of this forum since a cuple of years and never participate in the forum.
I recently enter in fiverr business, in social marketing and was having in the last days 1 o 2 buys for day,

all my sells was delivered and completed, and today i had 3 more orders. I answer all the messages of them, and start working.
Then sudennly. BUM, I cant enter to my acount and didnt recive any mail or nothing, so i try to change password.
I go to my mail and follow the link, and its show : YOUR ACOUNT IS DISABLED
F***, Whats the problem?? I didnt do anything wrong

I just send a email to the support and a ticket in the sopporty web.

What do you think ??
