Facebook Ads Account banned and treated like...

Hi Guys, have experienced with Facebook Ads and had my Account suspended without any Reason given. Was running completely white hat Ads and obeyed all of their Rules but still had the Account suspended. The whole Thing went down like that: Received three Mails that someone wanted to get access to my Ads Account and that i should verify myself with my ID. Did as they told me and it took something like 1 month until i heard back of them with a snotty reply of a Chick that my Account has been suspended for _______ Reason and that that would be the End of the conversation. lol, whut? I asked them twice to at least explain what was the Cause but no one in this S***** Social network cared about the fact that i paid them good money and at least could have expected someone telling me why they are basically booting me. You know this is a 10 yo whitehat Personal Account and i hate when people treat me bad for no Reason. Have been dealing with google Adsense for 5 Years and never had something like that happening to me with them

Not sure why i am posting this but let it be a warning that Facebook is degenerated Piece of Manure without any functional Customer Service and if there is a problem, no one of them will care about you. All you get are snotty replies and c&p´d Emails that tell you to gtfo. Greatly disappointed by them and i will NEVER make a new Account there again. Won´t pay them one more dollar and if i shoot myself in the foot with it! I could just make a new Account but hate the fact that they can take Money from people without actually having a legit customer support.

The Suspension might have had to do with the fact that i had Max Bounty Affiliate Links on my Site (not even on the Landing Page) but that´s speculation. Again, expect them to not care about any of your concerns because that´s what i learnt after dealing with facebook for a while!

Feel free to talk about your Experiences with Facebook Ad Suspensions here because i would be interested to know if they do that all the Time or if that was just bad Luck. If that´s the wrong Forum, please move.

Not only with you....They F*** Ban my old ad account too before one year ago.Exactly same things happened to me.I asked them what was the issue but didn't get any reply! I think they record IP address or Mac Address....May be you too have multiple accounts?
IDK what's the reason but i don't believe them since that incident.

When it comes to ad targeting,they are the big kid on the block.I'd just make a new account and carry on with business.Google used to do the same thing with adsense and adwords until FB stole their "thunder".

You can give them the finger,but they are to busy making money to actually care.You could advertise with someone else,but there is no guarantee you won't find the same problems.I'd stick with the "devil" i know and just in case i get kicked out,i will crawl back through the sewers to ride the "fb momentum".I won't give up that easily and neither should you. :)

I recently good my account banned with 5k friends on it and 3 major page followers... one of them even had about 20k followers.... can't get back my 7 months hard work...

What's the deal with this? I'm about to finally start running ads on facebook so now i'm a little

hey same has happened with me. i god free ad voucher of 50$ from my hosting site....used it with fake account ran 3 campaign after the week they banned my account as my card details and my account details were not matching. so they asked me for id proof....so what i did is i scanned my friends collage id proof changed everything accept her pic and signature and submitted next week got mails that your account is active now and i was able to access my ad account :-) they don't verify the id proof its just they ask only i made them fool

my account also get banned (50k+ fan page) , they want me to verify myself with my ID,en that was my problem (fake info on my profile) and i don't remember the birthday on this profile lol bye my hard work :(

I got my account banned immediately after i tried to advertise MJ seeds affiliate links in fb. I got message from them:
"We will never remove your ban and do not even ask to" :D :D

Sorry to hear about other guys bad experience with FB - it is normal for big companies not to care about little customers like us. They scam legally - this is how the world is.

I dunno guys,here's a social network famous for not having average security in place,accounts get hacked every day and they have the balls to go public claiming just the opposite then,the sheep simply sides with the network.

Just what the hell are you thinking when you go give your private information to this people or any network for that matter?just remember where you're at when you log in to this forum.

Yeah, I'm right there with you guys.
I've always hated FB for many reasons.
Lately, I've come to understand how much valuable data they have and how great it could be to advertise on their network, because every freakin-body is on there!
So I thought I'd give it another go and run some small ads to get one of my local biz clients some exposure in his local area.
They approved my ads w/ no problem and started running them...and taking my money, of course.

Then after only 3 days, they banned my ads account!
Worst of all, as is their fashion, they didn't even give me ANY good reason for this.
Their standard statement of why they ban you is so vague and nebulous it's ridiculous and quite pathetic.

Naturally, I replied to them to try to clarify things and get it un-banned.
After 3 days, they thanked me for reaching out to them, then basically told me to go F*** myself, they weren't unbanning me NOR were they telling me why.
They just were like, "hey, if your ad or your ad account was banned, go F*** yourself, 'cuz we're not unbanning you."

Another funny thing is that the ads I had running were so simple and safe, it's laughable that they would ban me. I'm still shocked!

Now I'm starting to hear a LOT of similar stories from other people w/ similar experiences.
Then I come here and see the same thing.

I guess all I can say is that karma will come back to these bastards.

Thanks for letting me vent. Now I've got to figure out exactly what to do next.
I think I'll start to use my backup account. But I don't think I'll be advertising for this client again. Don't want to chance it.
