Wow really? I still watch porn but a lot less now that I have a life with real people to spend time with and a real girlfriend. As with most mental addictions, the hardest part is getting yourself to want to stop. 3 days after you stop, you are cured but will be a bitch for those 3 days starting the worse on days 1 and 2.

Yeah man once you get addicted its hard to get off it and also it changes you, I had started doing this when I was 10 and I'm going to be 20 soon and I'm still facing this stuff, I didn't do it as much but when I got into high school I started doing it everyday that's when I noticed I was changing. I changed by not being able to look at girls in the eyes and my anxiety was crazy I would panic sometimes and I had no idea that porn and masturbation was doing that until I saw evidence and saw many people saying this stuff happens. Its many because you lose alot of testosterone and its what drives you to be motivated.
