Hey Mafia.. I can understand your frustration with folks talking about link being dead etc.. but sadly, the link defaults to a 404 page.. could be perhaps your page's cached and therefore you still can access the download page?

Also, your sales page doesn't show the link till you click on Lala's post to read further..
So there is some element of truth that the download link doesn't work.

That said, would appreciate access to this pdf please.
