Yes it can be done, you just cant abuse it. It usually depends on which company you open a claim. Usually it takes around 14 days to end claims, if you follow whats inside my guide.

It Depends, if the seller sent you materials ( physical items ) for the training, then you still can fill a claim against him and eventually win, even after 180 days. But if it was only delivered through goods and services then it will be hard to get your money back.
