Hi, the video guide and user guide are up to date for the plugin.

Due to the way FB works it isn't possible to Jack Likes for statuses and photos in the same way that it isn't possible to jack shares on FB either.

The Jacker jacks a visitor for one URL (a website URL or a FB page URL). While we could make the plugin like jack them for multiple pages in one Like that would bring unwanted attention to your website where the jacker is installed. It has been asked in the past and looked at.

Hi, yes, when it comes to FB only Likes for FB pages and website URL's can be jacked. I'm afraid you'll need to thank FB for that :)

Hi, the best method of Like Jacking your visitors is by using the modal box. Not only is the method that has less chance of being interrupted by a theme or another plugin (such as cache plugins or security plugins) but it is the most effective as it gets more visitors to take the action that you need them to take and that is to close the pop-up box that has your welcome message in it.

That box is designed to make the visitor just want to click the close button ASAP and it is when they do that they are Like Jacked.

What this method also does it catch those visitors who would normally just scroll your page and hit the back button without clicking anywhere on your site.

One of the main reasons we added the "jack anywhere on the page" option is that it's a fall back default option in case a user forgets to choose any of the other Like Jacking options in the plugins settings.

The modal box will give you the best results.

In light of your support ticket details, even though support tested the jacker as working on your site(s) using the Modal Box method, I have chosen to refund your purchase.

I read that you're not 100% convinced that the jacker is working as you don't see the modal box but that is because the jacker is working the way it is meant to. Once it has Like Jacked you it won't show you the modal box again.

The support team know this plugin inside out and can test it on a site to confirm it is working or if there are any inconsistencies as there were in your case when it came to some themes and the "whole page" jacking option.

I appreciate that you are not 100% convinced that the plugin is working, even though the support team set it up on your site and confirmed it to be working correctly, so I refunded your payment.

I just had a great question about the jacker from a BBHF member via PM. They asked "What happens if the plugin doesn't work with my website"?

That's a good question so I am also posting the answer to it here:

Our support desk will assist you if there are any issues. The largest issue we have with the plugin is that it works so well that when customers test it after installing it on their site they actually think it's not working as they only see it Like Jacking them once.

And that is what it is mean to do. But then the customer wants to test it again and finds the Jacker won't even attempt to Like Jack them and they think it's not working.

That is one of the reasons we have the support team on hand. They know exactly how to test the plugin repeatedly and the give screenshots of the plugin to the customer to show it is working perfectly.

If there is an issue that we can't resolve we simply buy back the license key from the customer which means they get their money back and the license key is disabled. But most of the time it is simply down to the customer thinking it's not working because they can't get it to Like Jack them a second time but that's just the plugin working exactly as we coded it to work. It's not meant to try and Like Jack you a second time :)

This script does not work people. Im tried of the lousy support from you guys. Get it together or GTFO of business.

It displays a popup everytime a user lands on the page. Regardless of weather they are logged into FB or not.

Very slow response to tickets
Too many excuses about this theme and that theme. Then fuck it, fix it so it works universally. And with all the themes. There is something called DEBUG use it!

Sorry! Im not going to disable social like/share plugins just to be able to use this. Make it compatible!

I am not a dumb to test it from the same client where i logged in to FB, i tested on different systems with different FB accounts.

I choose the model box option on one of my website which is getting nearly 400 -500 visitors each day, after 14 hours logged in to my FB account to see if i got some likes for my FB page but no likes.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear of your experience with the plugin which does indeed work. There are 100's upon 100's of customers using this plugin and we've been selling this for over a year from its own website as well as a number of BH forums.

From you demand of having the plugin compatible with all themes and plugins lends to your total lack of understanding of what the plugin does, how it does it and the sheer BH nature of the plugin.

It is impossible to make the plugin, which does something as unique as this plugin, compatible with every theme and every other plugin currently available.

I am not about to openly share how this plugin does what it does and it is true that some themes can interfere with some of the options the jacker offers when it comes to choosing how you want to jack you traffic.

We know about this and a work around for it is the jacker having multiple options to Jack your sites visitors and the modal box is the one that is the most compatible with themes. In fact there are very few themes that this option isn't compatible with.

As for your comment of "get it together or get out of business"...........

Our business and the suit of plugins that we have custom built, plugins that do things that no other WP plugins can do, continues to grow at a very rapid rate. This growth is borne out of creating plugins that are unique while also providing customer support and also supporting the plugins further.

Our support team, which does respond to all of the tickets in a timely manner and always have done, bend over backwards to help customers but sometimes customers can be very demanding with things like making a BH plugin that Like Jacks your sites visitors to be compatible with every theme while not fully understanding or appreciating just how the plugin works and what it takes to accomplish a task such as "like jacking".

At the end of the say this isn't some lightweight, white hat, happy go lucky social sharing plugin that are two to a penny (in fact those plugins are free). This is a seriously heavy weight plugin that plays at the BH end of the arena and I guess it comes down to how much you value being able to have a "social share" button on your site that hardly anyone clicks on or how much you valaue a plugin that owns your visitors ass by registering a FB Like on their FB account without you having to ask for it and without them knowing.

What would you prefer, a plugin that offers your visitors a chance to click a button to Like your FB page/webiste if they choose to or a bad ass BH plugin that steals those likes without a please or a thank you to your visitors.

This is a BH plugin being sold in a BH forum, if you can't deal with what that entails then you shouldn't be standing there telling someone to get the fuck out of business. You sit behind your keyboard declaring that someone with over a decade of online marketing experience should get out of business because you couldn't get the basic grasp of what using a BH plugin means or entails.

We all have our priorities when it comes to running a website and a business and we all decide what is more important to us. But to declare to people that this plugin doesn't work and that we have lousy support is unfair and inaccurate.

Hell, if the plugin didn't work then we wouldn't have sold x number of 1,000's of copies of it and we wouldn't continue to sell them at that rate every day, day in and day out to people who actually get what the plugin is and what it can do.

As I said, I am sorry to hear about your experience of the plugin but it isn't correct that the plugin doesn't work. It's been sold across a number of forums, we well as its own website, for over 12 months. If it didn't work then it wouldn't be selling and especially in forums where it is wide open to scrutiny.

We are a business that stands apart from others. We create, build and develop custom plugins that do things other plugins can't but not only that, we stand behind our plugins and we support our customers.

We're not here to be marketing whores or be one hit wonders that take you money and disappear once we find another shiny shit product to flog out to the masses just to earn a quick buck.

We don't use up-sells, down-sells or cross-sells because, instead of that, we focus on delivering value and quality in a product that gives the buyer everything they need for the purpose they bought the plugin for without trying to sell them something more afterwards to do the job.

Unfortunately anyone with an internet connection and a few dollars in their pocket can buy our products regardless of whether they really understand what they're buying to start with. Some people read "FB Like Jacking" and think it sounds real cool and jump right on in then after purchasing they ask "hey, what is FB like jacking"?

And because of that there will always be those people who expect this plugin to work like some social sharing button plugin. And when it doesn't, when it comes down to them not fully understanding the BH nature of some plugins, they take to the anonymity afforded to them by their forum username and begin to advise others that a plugin doesn't work.

Is someone who doesn't fully understand the realms of a BH plugin that steals FB likes from a websites visitors really qualified to make a statement that the plugin doesn't work when in fact it obviously does.

Hopefully one day when you do understand more about the depths of using a BH plugin like this you'll try this again but until then I am more than happy to refund your purchase.

If you're reading this and thinking it sounds harsh then that's fine, please feel free to move along and instead buy some shiny shit that offers you the world from a company who will disappear off in to the distance with your money because their business is churn out products and burn people in the process.

That's not how we work, that is not who we are. If you want to tell me on a public forum this plugin doesn't work when I know full well it does then expect me to stand here and tell you about it in return and explain the reasons why.

We are not here to have our plugins pulled down by people who don't fully understand them. We are here to sell cutting edge and unique BH (and some WH) plugins to people who actually have an understanding of what they are buying.

We're not interested in selling plugins to everyone and then trying to constantly adapt them to the wants and desires of everyone because they didn't actually get what the plugin did before buying it. We're here to sell plugins to people who understand what they are, what they do and what it means to use them and the edge they give to them over their competitors.

Everyone else can move along.
