Hi, do you mean can you send traffic from paid FB ads directly to your site where you have the FB Like Jacker installed? Yes, labolsultely and from our testing these are the steps that you MUST follow in the exact order.

1) Do NOT install the Like Jacker on your site yet
2) Set up your FB ads and wait for them to be approved
3) Let them run for 3 or 4 days
4) Install and activate the Like Jacker on your site
5) If you make any changes to your FB ads then you MUST deactivate the Like Jacker from your site first
6) Once your changes are approved and your ads are running for a couple of days then you can activate the Like Jacker on your site again.

When you say 'template' do you mean 'WP Theme'? If so then you can use any theme because the pop up from the Like Jacker is designed to be plain and nondescript because the sole purpose of that pop up is to be closed by your visitors so they are Like Jacked.

Hi, currently the plugin does not offer CSS styling as you mentioned nor can you position the pop up although you can add html content to the pop up box.
