I'll explain here what I explained to you in PM as you posted the same content on this thread as well as a PM.

Tickets don't get deleted. Tickets are automatically marked as resolved after 48 hours from the last reply from our support team. But a resolved ticket doesn't get deleted and it can be re-opened at any time by the customer. Your two previous tickets are still there in our system

I explained that your last ticket was submitted just before we experienced an issue with our server and I apologise that the ticket was actually lost by the server issue.

In your two other tickets the support team showed that the plugin is working on your site and after that point you didn't reply back. 48 hours after your last reply those tickets are marked as resolved as that keeps our support desk from being clogged up with abandoned tickets.

The modal box option for jacking is the most reliable and robust method which is also the one that's most compatible with all themes.

I can't comment on your last ticket as it was indeed lost due to a technical issue with the sever. But our support answered all of your questions and assisted you in a very timely manner when you needed help so I am not sure why you're saying the support sucks.
