The Like Jacker has the ability to detect when your sites visitors are logged in to their FB accounts and then they are not. The ones who are not logged in to a FB account are ignored by the Jacker. The box from FB asking them to log in should never appear and I can only think that you have some kind of browser extension enabled or some privacy settings in your browser that is preventing the jacker from being able to detect if you are logged in to your FB account or not.

If you had of contacted support about this they would have been able to identify what is causing this in your instance and advised you of it accordingly. This is not the normal behaviour of the Like Jacker and if it was then we'd have been dead in the water with sales a very long time ago in other forums and from sales of the product from its own website.

Please get in touch with support at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ about this so they can advise you. Once they have done so maybe you can update the review with the outcome of that.

Hi. I have contacted the support and here is my follow-up review.

In summary, the support could not do anything to hide or change the "Like" button. They also could not offer any help regarding the pop up boxes to login into FB.

As support explained to you, the hiding of the "tool tip" isn't possible. You make it sound as though the actual "like" button is visible which it isn't. In most cases people won't hover over the part of the site where they are about to get Like Jacked log enough so this doesn't really cause an issue.

And they did offer you help and advice regarding the pop-up box that appeared asking you to log in to FB. They told you that this only happens when you view a site using something like "incognito" mode in FF and are blocking all cookies. This isn't something that 99% of internet users do so, again, it isn't actually an issue.

For those few that do choose to browse the internet using those settings how many of them are coming to your site?
