No idea, but many times it means the course instructor informed Udemy they are moving on and requests that no more sales be made to it.

This has happened with a handful of courses I am enrolled into. Sometimes the instructor doesn't have the class to say they won't support the class any longer.
They just go ghost and no longer answers student's questions or PMs.

And if asked, Udemy won't tell you why.
