I disagree. There is far too much empirical evidence that these techniques do in fact work and work well. Perhaps I am of the "don't knock it till you've tried it" school, but I believe this stuff can, and does work. Not for everyone, but it does work.

Sadly, I have to agree. And I would even go one further- It also strongly depends on firm and complete beliefs, in order to convince the brain (mind) for any technique to work.

Brain isn't a superstar, he's one of many you'll find on the self help circuit. BUT I'm still interested in watching him move into IM of himself. (If you'll notice his Youtube vids are 6-8 years old). Not as amusing as watching Microsoft trying to get into the phone game (well after the starting gun went off) But interesting enough. Instead of hanging out with Canfield, he should cozy up to Anastasi.
