In addition, the course covers, by giving practical examples of recent case law, cookies also by reference to the "cookie law", transfer of data to third countries, Standard Contract Clauses and relevant case law such as Schrems I and Schrems II, Planet49, Fashion ID, Ministerio Fiscale, Google Spain, Google v CNIL and GC and others vs CNIL and Google. Note that the free version of the course does not contain all the lectures.
