Email open rates -> HELP appreciated!
Hey, everyone! Happy holidays!
I would like your advice! I host all my sites on a VPS. So the server and IP of the server are the same. One of my sites was hacked and sent thousands of spam emails automatically. Now everything is fixed and clean. But my email open rate dropped from 60+% to 20%. All my domains were affected. So, I guess hotmail and gmail filters marked my email as spam, and they continue to do so, although I have removed my ip from all spam directories. What do you think I should do to recover my open (inbox deliverability) rate??? I appreciate your opinion. Thank you!

Hi,
I would suggest to test if your domains are blacklisted. MXToolbox can help you with that. What about your deliverability rate ? Can seasonality affect your open rate ? hope it helps |
