Ecommerce Questions with Shopify + Payment Processors

Hi,

I have some questions. :)

1) Apparently you can't use STRIPE with drop shipping using shopify. It's against their terms and conditions. So if you are in the US, which payment processor do you use? If you are in the UK, who do you use?

2) I see 60 day shipping from china. Do people actually wait this long? How long before you get disputes and charge backs?

3) What happens when you get refunds? What are some common issues with customers receiving their products? Do you get them sent back to China and how does the vendor over at Aliexpress deal with it?

4) How do vendors offer FREE shipping to the customer? Are they shipping large quantities they get discounts?

5) Some vendors have discounts when buying in bulk. Do you take advantage of that, if so how?
