What is the usefulness of the script is coded on php?

1. $30/month for hosting 1 site.
2. $100/month for content writing.
3. $100 if I don't have the site and adsense account
it's one time right?
4. Around how much Investment I've to put in paid traffic per month?

And approx how much 1 website plan would make per month?
