Whatever he mentioned here, apart from that, if you're a learner or developer, you'll get more benefits like Azure free services for students, Pluralsight account (3months, already activated), linux academy account (2months, activated) ++ bla bla bla, good for developers mainly, if you know to use microsoft dreamspark account well, apart from Github accounts

thanks for the public method, any EDU mail seller should know about this, you should use VPN or US proxy to register and you're lucky if you got accepted which is could take times more than your worthy time.

However, mine doesn't use this method and you can get your EDU mail in no time.
