Dramatically Increase Your Opt In Rates and Grow Your List with Optinbar

“The
money is in the list.” Raise of hands…how many of you have heard this
before? I am assuming your hand is raised and that you understand the
power of building web properties with lists – good. I am also quite
certain that many of you are familiar with wordpress and the power
associated with using plugins. I mean really, at this point in the game,
I think it goes without saying, but I had to say it and ask it to drive
home my point (put away your bats and don’t beat me).

Now let’s combine those two statements and talk about list building
for a second on wordpress. In years past, creating an optin form that
looked decent was a royal pain. Sure you could plop out an optin form
that ran inline with your blog in the sidebar, but usually these looked
like crap and most services that offered lightbox solutions looked even
worse. This opened the door for a business opportunity and several folks
did just that. You may already know of one player in the lightbox
plugin space that goes by the name of Popup Domination, and sure, they
have a good product, but I don’t think it is nearly as fancy, nor as
easy to use as Optinbar.

As the web has become more sophisticated and browsers can pull off
some amazing things with respect to interactions, animations, etc., I
believe that optinbar addresses the associated drudgery and pains of
optin form building. In fact, I believe that Optinbar addresses this
major pain quite nicely in their short product video in which they
state: “Asking for user info doesn’t have to be an eye sore, when it can
be eye candy!” I would have to agree with that statement and can tell
you from experience that using optinbar is fun and so easy to implement
on your wordpress site.
