I have not tried this version myself but try right clicking the program .exe and select properties. At the top of all the check boxes above Run as Administrator, you also have the option to Run in Compatibility Mode. Try Selecting Run in WinXPSP3. That usually helps out, if not try Vista or Win7-32bit Compatibility Mode.
