It really depends on what kind of traffic you send. The better you target it to your domain / niche the better it will convert in the end.

You are almost right. All you have to do is send traffic and we take care of everything else. This includes content, hosting and converting the traffic into clicks. The domain(s) need(s) to be pointed to our servers thats about it.
