Double meta refresh----- img cookie stuffing

Hello, im new to these forums anyway

I was wondering if anyone could help me what i am trying to do is this

Posting a image on a high traffic website with a cookie from another website on it but in between i need a double meta refresh

High traffic website-----------double meta refresh with refferrel needed--------website that i got the cookie from

I heard about how cookies are downloaded if they are headers and that however iv been having no look... is their a way i can do this and the cookie is not lost and the admin from the website im exploiting wont know im doing this and will only see the traffic coming from a website that i have made that looks legit with a link to their website to fool them?

lol... better move on and forget about this. The turd that runs digitalpoint is a computer wiz and did cookie stuffing for some time... until the feds came busting his door and booking him for fraud
