IDM is the best solution. Not only from Youtube, IDM helps you download videos from every site. IDM is quite fast as well.

Here is no way to download directly from youtube. you have to use any download manager. Most people use IDM=Internet Download Manager.Or there is another way that is to use any browser that allows downloading directly. One of them is Maxton. You could take any of the method from these.

You need some downloading software. I use Idm to download from you tube. You can use Youtube downloader as well.
