yep, fake emails are good. It could tweet from a list (txt) messages (randomly and in an orderly manner). Also a spinner feature is good. Check the mobile version of twitter, it works better than the big one. Thanks

1. your saying there is no need for real emails and activations?

2. spinner feature for what? for usernames?

yup, mobile version is easy to automate and too fast.

I suggest real emails + activation, and you can make fake email optional for those that don't care about their automated profiles, tweetspice is a good exemple that only need retweeting module.

Also try to make a global dashboard for all acounts, (you make a project and select wich accounts to do wich project)

1. Yup, there is no need. Without confirm your email you can post tweets ie. Hey @ravencyborg check this out hxxp://blablabla.com (twitter will ban this account, but who cares, you already sent the invitation to your link hence the traffic is yours)
2. Spinner for the tweets, since twitter will track your tweet and will ban the accounts faster.

Something more. You can add an user scraper, ie. you choose one user in your niche and he/she has 4000 followers, so you can scrape and tweet them.
