RE:
You said the last time a few days ago that you don't remember coming to Vaam's defense before that day, even though you did three days prior to that date. Here we are again and you again, for the third time, are coming to his defense again on another questionable affiliate link, which seems to be the norm for Vaam now in this Udemy section. What gives? Perhaps Vaam is the sacrificial account. No matter how you paint it, it's a link in which someone gets credit for doing something. A simple coupon code will suffice.
As for KevinFoster the discount coupon = JuneSavings expired already. |

"Another questionable affiliate link"??? Please, go find out what a UDemy affiliate link looks like before accusing people of posting affiliate links...
No matter how you paint it, it's a link in which someone gets credit for doing something.
This is the problem. There is no affiliate information in that link. The only 2 getting credit from that link information is the author and UDemy. ?couponCode=JuneSavings&ccManual=&dtcode=%7B%7Bdtcode%7D%7D As I said, neither ccManual nor dtcode is an affiliate code. ?promote=1 is also not an affiliate code. ?previewLandingPage=1 is also not an affiliate code. /#/ is also not an affiliate code. &affcode= used to be the affiliate code, the system was changed, it no longer is and no longer works. ?siteID=***********-^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ is the current affiliate link identifier, where *** is the affiliate marketers ID, and ^^^ is the click id. Before accusing people in the future, please learn this. A not so beautiful and elegant URL does not indicate that it's an affiliate URL. I'm not even going to bother wasting my time with your suggestion that I have any relation to his what-so-ever, if you similarly accused someone else in the same way, when it was not an affiliate link I would defend them too. |

RE:
There shouldn't be any extra code beside the coupon to share within the section.
Not many people can see through those extra text within link could be or couldn't be not an Affiliate link. They could be embed within the link! Why can't one simply remove those unneeded texts before submitting ? The most simple way to share a coupon here is to submit only the Course Link and the CouponCode only ! Anything other than that may become suspected as Affiliate link. Must and foremost only a good sharer deserve better recognition.
Udemy is a respectful community partner with great instructors.
Read the UDEMY Section Guideline We don't rip their course for any leeching purpose Subscribe with the promotion coupon and write them your product review or buy it if you like the course. |
