Minimum investment in an ICO is generally set at 0.1ETH or around USD$100 this is for the Public token sales. Private placements around the USD$10k.

I strongly suggest to anyone starting out is until you understand the method (Clearly explained in the course) that you do a test and see for yourself the mechanics of what I do. Once you do that you move from a "believing" to a "knowing".

I am no tax advisor so really cant comment however in my experience in my country (Australia) I treat this as a trading business and have a company set up to do so, there fore I pay tax on the profits the company makes less expenditure to undertake the business.

With regards to ICO's being illegal in the USA were did you get that information from? The USA SEC does warn of investments in Unregistered securities and rightly so. Some ICO's do get compliance.
"Virtual tokens or coins sold in ICOs may be securities, and those who offer and sell securities in the United States “must comply with the federal securities laws."
