Creation of the most automated Onlineshop-System possible for great CRM and less work (all inclusive)
Hey there
Thanks for passing by. Maybe you have some impulses or awnsers for this possibillity. My Qeuestion is: What do we need to make an really automated Online-Shop in Wordpress? (and/or Prestashop) We allready have a good running onlineshop, leading in it's niche and it is allready automated pretty good, however, we still have to many things going on... too many emails, too many calls, too many service afterwards. Our System right now: Prestashop + Products + Content + Videos + Fulfilment-Service + VOIP Team-Service + iCloud Synced Contacts + Email + IMAC's to work with. I may allready know the awnser, just looking for some impulses and Ideas to make it even better. I would reward really good awnsers. We need a better FAQ, we need an more automated email-system (autoresponder+subscriber list) and we need more Videos! Also It needs to be more synced, when a customer calls, we need to see, if he is registred in our shop or not. We use apple mac contacts to sync, but it isn't synced with our shop, directly, it allways needs double entrys. Also we don't actually have subscriber list -.- , but many contacts with email and we allready have infusionsoft and zendesk. You may know a good combination for wordpress, as I'm looking to do this in wordpress, instead of prestashop, because you have more possibillities. The goal is to have a really good automated onlineshop solution for everything and to have a better CRM and less work of course. We just need a better system, where everything is synced and automated. With every possibillity used, money is not a problem, but we also don't need overpriced shit. If you can think of a really good system, we would be happy, if you inform us. We would reward a good idea instantly. ps: If you are a Growth-Hacker and Onlineshop Administrator, we could build some kind of mastermind group and we may work out a really good system together.
