Creating Unique Blog content
Hey there guys,

I am fairly new to blogging and I am having a hard time creating content for my blog. Less time, and want more work done. Is there a fast way to create unique content..?
I am considering "The Best Spinner" then editing the content to make it more unique but not sure if that would be good enough?

How do you guys create content other than sitting there writing it word for word from scratch...?

Comments and help is much appreciate, thanks guys

RE: Creating Unique Blog content
It kinda works but the quality of the content is oftenly just not good enough and requires a lot of manual work. I mean, the spinning software can produce readable quality but just because something is readable doesnt mean it´s good quality. Most online databases like ezine are filled with spammy and terrible articles that were already spun a thousand times. And though the spinner might change the article according to it´s algorithm, there already are a lot of articles that were probably based on the same source article and hence are very similar to what your spinner will produce. And there will be many articles that require substantial work to not be an embarassing piece of junk. Just as an example. When I used a spinner to spin some of my own articles, it changed "Cat scratching pole reviews on Amazon Users" to "cat´s hate Amazon Users" or "old people" to "Zombies". While that may sound funny of the first look, it will end up killing your website because you´ll have a ridiculously high bounce rate as soon as people see what crap is written there. I really wouldnt recommend using spun articles on websites that are really important because the times have changed and from all the websites I have, the ones with good quality and original content are the ones that rank. You can have 300 low quality spun articles and are still outranked by a website with 30 great articles. So yeah, it works. But I don´t think it´s a good idea.

RE: Creating Unique Blog content
If you're not into writing blog posts yourself (no inclination or no time...) There are only two methods that I know of that are likely to generate good quality content:
1) Guest bloggers (usually from other blogs with similar content).
2) Outsourced content. You can get offshore writers or Fiverr gigs on just about any subject you want. Some folks are pretty good, but you typically get what you pay for. IE: more money for quality content.

Either approach has overhead associated that may make it less useful than you might imagine at first. Both need to be carefully screened, and often edited before you want to put the content on your own site. So far, the overhead (specifying content, providing guidance, editing received content before posting) and cost have not made it worth going outside for the times I've tried.

YMMV
