Create database without logging to your hosting cpanel account

Hello All,

Can anyone please let me know if its possible to create a database without logging into cpanel. I have searched and found that we can create databases with php script directly without logging into cpanel, but was not able to get the working php script.

Can someone please help me on with a php script for that.
