Hi guys could you help me with what you would all say is simple....

Most times i download software i get the same message and i dont know what
to do which is this.........

Crack Instructions:

1. Install setup.
2. Open C:\Program Files/***************
3. Run Update.
4. After update is done, it will restart.
5. Close application and paste crack files.
6. Run and enter anything in email and license.

I have no idea how to do this can some one point me in the
right direction with a video or PDF hope you can help

I read your problem which you can't solve
this is too easy proses flow this step one by one
1) download that software
2) install the software(i think you know the installation proses)
3) after completing installation If desktop icon is available of that software(start menu->all program ->that soft icon) right click on it.
4) after right click go properties ->find ]]<<<]target this will give you the installation folder of software where you have to paste the crack.
i think you will got it.

It likes a small baby to learn... (from starting, I was...)
Plz read installed instructions carefully. So try your self first!
If your installation process are not finished successful, uninstall it and
reinstall again...
Don't forget "Google is your friend" always!

download the software
it will be in rar form
extract to desktop, you need either winzip or winrar, installed, free version id fine
after this you should see a folder with 2 things inside,
One will be the software the other will be the crack

Install the doftware (Generally speaking you dont update when it asks you too]

Now copy the crack
click on widows icon bottom left side of your screen
click computer
click Local drive C
Click programs
Now look for the folder with the name of the software, you just installed
Now paste your crack into that folder

You should be good to go

oh, sh.t... i do not beleive it.. can not replace file with cracked one.. Can you go to toilet by yourself? or some specialists show you every time how to do it?
