Copyright infringement for link to legal movie download site on youtube

Hello, I have recently uploaded video with title jack the giant slayer
movie download linking to my blog about this upcoming movie. On the blog
there is clickbank affiliate link to legal movie download site. For the
first time, video had about 4 frames, first frame is site of my blog,
other ones are downloaded screenshots from imdb.com, copyright
infringement came from MC for Warner Brothers... I thougth ok maybe
those screenshots are problem so I removed video and made a new one only
with 1 text frame linking to my blog with the same title. I got second
strike from MC for Warner Brothers. I now think they don´t like it only
for that video title movie download and it was ranked about 5th on that
keyword. What do you guys think, should I make counter notification ?
