Copy right T-shirts, How are they doing it???

Hello Fam

For the couple few months I've always been targeted with T-shirts ads from different platforms for Brands such as Adidas ,Nike etc

How are they doing it without getting their FB ads accounts banned???

hmm 1.- its a sponsored ad on Facebook...(as in they paid for the ad themselves.)
2.- the website is hidden using tinyurl?
3.- Generally when items are using "Labeled" goods such as Adidas.

Its an ad so the art and copy writing etc are being used to sell the items themselves are free from copyright issues. In the sense that its being used to sell items.

Also depends if somebody reports on these copyrighten items whether that be written or ""Labeled goods that are being ripped off""
Depends what is done with the "labled goods" and what the art and copy-writing etc does. If it does go beyond certain lines then it does turn into copyright infringements...
