Comcast First Warning!
I got my first warning today for complaints with my IP for downloading copywrited material. Im lacking in knowledge as to the best yet cheapest way to hipe my IP? Any help is appreciated for sure...

If you are going to torrent use something along the lines of Nord VPN and choose a country not found within the 14 EYE countries.. Somewhere like Hong Kong .. and load the vpn connection prior to even hitting the download on the torrent file..
I got 3 warning letters from Spectrum and it was all for the same file, which I never even recall downloading .. I installed a vpn and have had it for a year plus now with zero notifications or issues.. I know there will tons of people whom will send you a referral link.. I am not going to do that.. Get a vpn and only use places not found within the 14 eye countries.. I personally use Nord VPN and have no issues and get good speeds.. Just remember , reconnect via your vpn prior to even downloading anything .. considered copywrited

Im in the USA and am using a US IP since they recommend it for speed etc... since they dont keep any log records i dont see how i could be traced. Do you?
