i didnt quite understand what you mean, but if you mean what kind of traffic to my cpa. the answer is this method. adwords. ofc you can use this on anything , but still depends if google thinks if the campaign is not good they will disapprove it , if its good and not violating their ad campaign policy then you are good.

in other word, it is your own strategy how you will market/advertise your website. you can promote your landing page to catch all emails etc

1. Is the $75 paypal purchase refundable if the product doesn't meet your claims?
2. What's the max daily budget you can run without being suspended?
3. Once the the accounts and campaign is created, can you just leave it to run, or do you have to babysit and login to appeal suspensions at any point?

it will be suspended no matter what when you meet the threshold, threshold can be different to some
