Because if you not, seem you not use this method so much, you have to change ip since you can not just make all accounts, camp in 1 ip
Please clear this question. Getting ban is number one reason stop us do such thing.

trust me , it's about creating gmail. and creating gmail doesnt trigger if you have same ip. as long as you have valid phone number

So i just make like 100 accounts, camp in 1 ip, no need change at all, as long as i can make gmail account ?

i cannot guarantee for about 100 accounts, but i can tell you that it is safe to make around 20 per ip, then you can use vpn after to stay extra safe. i can let you have access to my HMA pro

i have my own VPN, let say i use HMA and make 1 google account , then i make camp, do the stuff. For google, i need wait like 24h to see camp ok or not. So the next time i login, it will be in diffrent ip because HMA, ( almost all VPN) change ip all the time. It can lead to account get ban or not?
This is only problem that i want to know, because i get it alot, when i come back to check with another ip, i get ban

that's how google play their users. you got to deal with it, it should be how we play google. you dont want to mess up loggin in with different ips on same account. you should know that. we dont know what mistakes we make until it's too late. so bettere be safe my friend. once you setup the campaign and it is approved ,you can just leave it and never come back to that account, but it's your choice.

method works well, the only waiting time is google approval. 24hrs or less
