Just a quick update.
I have managed to get an Adsense account, despite being banned before and have already got some clicks and earnings from around 14 videos (not all monetized).

The system will work and the initial work is quite quick once you get your head around it.
However, I suspect the main work might be the management of the videos you have uploaded already to make sure they are all within the YouTube quality guidelines.

In the future, I can see how using additional editing would be beneficial but not a requirement to make this work :) :)

Very nice to see your first results. Don't worry much friend. You will need to check each "Video manager" only ONCE a day for 30 seconds to make sure everything is good.
