It depends on how you create the accounts and what you change within the accounts after it is created. Stuff like billing country and so on should remain matched to your IP and remain untouched.

i see that there is no refunds which is cool but what if the product fail to deliver the promise of free advertising account? for example if someone can create the account but after 1 hour the account banned or something or cannot create it at all.

sorry for this many questions but i believe most of us have some or all the above questions
