PS: I buy products here as well and I make sure to read the salesthread and the comments before I purchase to avoid running into any situations like this.

It depends, sometimes new account work sometimes they get flagged. My advice is stay above the board with clean niches and warm them up.

Its only $23 so there is no discount sorry. Facebook limit on new accounts is $25 but if you pay your balance a couple times it increases. Be smart about it and you will profit nicely.

It works always or it wouldn't be for sale. You can only spend $25 one time on an account unless you pay the bill and that is with this method or without. If you pay the bill the limit increases. Please learn about fb advertising and all will be clear. This isn't an intro to fb ads.
