Quote:This short introduction course teaches students the basic principles of mobile game development using Unity, a powerful cross-platform game engine that utilises C# for high-level game logic, creating smooth pipelines between desktop, console and mobile devices. Unity is the engine behind titles like Infinity Blade, Angry Birds 2, Crossy Road and many more.

By the end of the short course, students will be familiarised with the Unity interface and have learned broad concepts for Unity project structure and management. They will be able to create simple playable games similar in style to the classics of the gaming industry, like Pong, Super Breakout or Space Invaders.

This short course will run over 4 weeks in February 2016.
