2.One of the review says "finding 100% legit and non-problematic video", so it is about getting common creative/public domain videos? This is not something to do with editing videos (adding frames, speeding up, etc.) to bypass copyright system?

I have read all your method this thing is very awesome and easy to do. This method is solid and u'll need some time after u see a value, so happy with your long term journey. You have to do some work to make your income on autopilot. OP has told everything in its BSO.

So, I hope this will help you in start earning online.

It's impossible to say how many views is required for every $300 because CPM depends of viewer location. Some states have higher CPM from others and we cant know who will watch our video.

Altering videos in any way will get you banned, so don't do it.
