Case Study for someone that success rank 1 in Google

Hi all,

I'm newbie in SEO Area.. Can anyone share here their experience how long and how hard you had done, so you can rank your site to page 1 in Google? Expecially for money site that had affiliate to clickbank, or other site to earn money..

I've tried it with by using many SEO Software and Many Blog tutorial but still not get any good rank in google..

Maybe from your experience I can learn something..

- Building backlink in high PR websites.
