Can this AdSense approval Idea work?

I want to build a social media using Sngine script. But I discovered most time social networks find it difficult to get AdSense approval.

My plan:
1. Get the domain name: Done
2. Write 15 article on same niche
3. Apply for AdSense
4. When approved, install the Sngine script on same domain.
5. Use all the previous article on the social network blog section.
