Can't add paypal to facebook anymore. Any solution?

Since few months it started giving this problem. Many of clients want paypal for fb ads. But then this problem started popping up.

Paypal is phone and card verified. It used to work before.
Now it started asking for credit card once you log in to pp account from facebook advert. The screen remains the same even after entering the details of the card linked to pp account. Entering different card details does not work either.

The screen remains the same.



Card is already added to the paypal account. Why do they show this message again: "Please add a credit or Visa Debit card to complete your purchase"?

Are you guys or your clients facing this problem?
Is there any solution for this?

I too face the same problem. I opened a thread regarding this at http://bestblackhatforum.com/Thread-Entropay-and-Paypal , but have not received any reply there.

Any experienced member willing to share some ideas?

It appears that not many people are affected by this. Else, at least some would have sought for a solution....

facebook account name and adress must match your details in paypal
its to stop fake accounts in facebook
when there banned there now banned

Do you know why PayPal keeps asking me to link a debit/credit card when I try to add it as a payment method for the Facebook ads?
