 Can i use Article with 55% unique for tier 1 back links
I have some articles with 55-60% uniqueness in The best spinner. I checked the duplicate with TBS Check that shows a "No duplicate where found". Now the problem is can i use that article for my tier 1 link building or not ? i am new for seo and also for The best spinner.Please suggest me some ideas

I think not but you can make it 100% when I build my back links all content is 100% and this is how I do it
1, content ===> Plr or anything 2,spin ==>www.bestfreespinner.com 3,check ===>www.smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker/ |

As Google is releasing Updates on regular basis, Google become little strict and now require Unique and Quality Content. Minimum your Content should be at least 90% Unique.
