Doesn't pass the installation page. Tested on main domain, subdomain, subfolder, checked permissions etc. Just refreshes the installation page and installs the database.
UPDATE: Was able to fix it by replacing the file in the install/database with the updated file. DUH, should've read the instructions from the first page. :-p However, it says this after reaching 20% Forbidden You don't have permission to access /test/admin.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. |
