CPALead - Unable to find Tools from menus

I took a long break from the CPA industry and didn't login to my CPAlead account for a long while, when I did finally logged into my account around last week or so I through I had logged into a different CPAlead than the one that I remembered, because a key menu and other functions were simply not found on the dashboard. For example, there was a "Tools" sub menu where I could create HTML codes for pop up's and popunders along with contextual advertisements and other things, that tools menu is not there and I can't find the code generator anywhere on the site.

Where on CPALead's updated site is that menu found?

I own a Spanish question and answer website that has approx 400 daily organic traffic from Google and I am trying to monetize this traffic, I currently have standard banner ads and I am getting about 5 to 10 clicks per day, I figure if I start serving pop under on exit (only for Desktop users which represents roughly half of my traffic count) that I will have more "clicks" and subsequently more conversions out of those clicks.

Another question: Does CPALead allows pop ups on exits (opens on new tab, or in existing tab if its no possible to be opened on new tab)?

Using what appears to be an older style menu design with entries that doesnt even appears on my dashboard.
