1. The traffic is organic and the source is social media, it is 100% safe for Adsense or any other like CPA and affiliate offers
2. You decide yourself, when building you get all range of traffic location from international until narrowed down to cities
3. The first investment to set up everything can be free outside buying domain and hosting
4. I don't think so, the source is fresh and I have done my research for a few months I don't see anybody coming up with this kind of system ever
5. I've got two type of template for Adsense, one is simple blog with twist and the other is completely blackhat type of template

How much time or money?
It's original method so if you know it you probably hadn't put all the pieces together like I did. Hopefully my description is clear enough so to avoid you into buying something you already mastered.
