well the bad news is this:
1) you cannot embed a video inside an email
2) You cannot use an html iframe inside an email that references a video

therefore - you cannot send an email with a video inside it.

What you can do is have an image that looks like a video with a 'play' icon on the image that clicks through to your site where the video is hosted or youtube where your video is hosted for the recipient to watch the video.

I can do that for you.
