No more other fee for Lifetime Developer Account mentioned in Opportunity 1, but you need to have your own developer account on Google PlayStore to publish your apps there, also in the AppStore for iOS Apps.

Opportunity No. 2 is not available already, this is just one ways to have a developer account more affordable via group buy.

Opportunity No.3 is on hold, this is for the Reseller of Lifetime Developer Accounts.

Thanks, your account have been activated already after payment, you can start developing/publishing Mobile Apps now.. for support, just create a support ticket located in the website footer.
